Designs are large so that you can size up or down as needed without losing any quality at 300 dpi.

You MAY NOT resell or share this design as a digital file. You MAY create physical products ONLY. You will get a PNG without watermarks. Due to the nature of this item, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

IF YOU NEED BLANK TUMBLERS, contact me for inventory levels.

These can also be sized up or down to fit other sized substrates. Tumblers vary in size depending on the vendor, it is your responsibility to measure your tumbler and adjust the print size with which ever design program you use for sublimation. Please contact me if you need help.

Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. I will not give refunds if the image does not press well because you didn't use a sublimation substrate or did not get good results due to user error. I am happy to work with you, if the issue is a design issue.

Please keep in mind that colors can vary from computer to computer, printer to printer, and depends on inks and substrates used. I will not issue a refund for slight color variations based on these circumstances. Please message me with any issues.
